Charterhouse is looking to hire a talented Recruiter to focus on permanent and contract placements within the Technology and Professional Services Sector. Recruitment is incredibly fast-pace, requiring hard work, determination and strong business acumen, however the results are particularly rewarding and to be successful, this role will suit someone who enjoys developing relationships with clients, working closely with candidates as well as understanding how to be a key part of a clients’ business plans.

We are looking for consultants with one year or more experience with a proven track record in recruitment. We look for people who are ambitious, outgoing, confident and spirited. This position will be ideal for someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service, is keen to learn and enjoy making a difference.


To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will be degree educated, with previous experience within HR, Recruitment or Sales with the desire to develop business acumen skills. The ideal candidate will be someone capable of working closely with the team, with high level of autonomy. The candidate should be tech-savvy, as the role involves working with an extensive database, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, and managing various social media tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are essential.

Benefits you can expect includes working hours from 8am to 4:30pm with a 2:30pm finish on Fridays, an additional 5 days off on top of your leave allocation for occasions like your birthday and Christmas break.
