Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a financial institution service provider who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking in-house Recruiter.
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, from junior to senior roles, across a wide variety of departments. From taking the role, you will advertise and source, conduct first stage interviews and support the coordination of further interviews up until offer and on-boarding. Candidates will come from all over the GCC, hence the requirement to speak Arabic and it will be the responsibility of the role holder to promote the business in a positive light.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years recruitment experience, 2 of which should have been spent recruiting within the UAE. As you will recruit from within financial services, it will be advantageous to already have an understanding of this sector. In-house / talent acquisition experience is also required and it is essential you are fluent in Arabic and English. For the right applicant, this role will provide further career enhancement within the wider HR remit.
