Job description / Role
This is an exciting role and a unique opportunity for the most capable of Account Managers to represent GG Selection with a large and prestigious client.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager who is able to work at a senior level and take responsibility for the complete contract life cycle of our Client. With the gravitas to operate efficiently with a fast paced environment demanding the highest levels of service you will understand the contractual and commercial needs and work with the hiring teams and our own sourcing team to effectively brief the team, identify suitable candidates and schedule and coordinate interviews. You will be the liaison point for both the candidates and clients.
You will build relationships with the many operating companies of the client to secure further business opportunities and you will conduct regular client visits; ensuring clients receive the highest possible quality service.
You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and ensuring the clients' continued business success. You will gather regular client feedback and work with GG Selection Management to cement strategies to enhance the service's performance. Ensuring complete client satisfaction and consistent revenue/profit margin growth, as directed by management will be second nature to you.
Requirements:
You should bring a minimum of five years' experience in the Recruitment Agency space and possess excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. UAE based, you must possess a minimum two years experience working in the region, ideally within the Oil & Gas Recruitment space.
As an experienced account manager, you will a superb relationship builder and bring a strong, proven track record in business development with the ability to grow the account and secure our place as a top tier vendor. Immaculately presented with the gravitas to communicate exceptionally well with senior stakeholders and candidates, you will have a flexible approach and a professional, friendly manner which will translate well into a corporate environment.
The successful candidate will secure an attractive salary with a very attractive rate of commission.
