Irwin & Dow was created as a result of our passion for Business Support recruitment. We love what we do and the Partners have worked together in close partnership for over fourteen years within the Secretarial, Administration and Business Support Recruitment market for both permanent and temporary staff. To complement our core business, we also focus on Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Finance positions and have experience in working on roles from entry level to senior management and executive positions.

Due to the high demand from our clients, we are once again undergoing expansion and as such, we are seeking a likeminded, passionate and focused Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Irwin & Dow prides itself on its personal service, professionalism and high service levels, coupled with values of discretion and diplomacy and we are looking for an individual who appreciates and is able to reflect these values.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for an individual with a minimum of one year’s local recruitment experience and applicants must have exposure to the complete recruitment cycle including business development, client and candidate maintenance and resourcing. A driving license is also a distinct advantage.
