Scope of Role:
- To successfully recruit quality candidates for our clients ongoing recruitment needs. The role is based on achieving success in business development, building strong relationships with clients based on excellent customer service.
- Consistently hits personal billing targets and provide a successful individual track records
- Develops & Delivers a client business development plans
- Sets and delivers a strategic growth plan for their industry area.
- Management of own CRM and database
Requirements
- A solid background of recruiting roles within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of an industry
- Experience within the ME region is a must
- Demonstrate previous experience of delivering full life cycle recruitment
- A successful track record of delivering and exceeding against set financial targets
- Experience of using innovative sourcing methods to identify candidates
- Previous experience of developing accounts and winning new business
- Ability to identify, interpret and understand client and candidate requirements
- Nurturing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates is essential.
- Preferably native English speakers
