Responsibilities:

Actively source and qualify candidates via creative methods and hacks
Manage the client's needs and expectations
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency
Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Quota or goal oriented
Able to meet targets and Independently motivated
Team player
