- Developing a detailed understanding of the job industry, function and role.
- Sourcing & identifying relevant candidates.
- Advertising, searching and headhunting suitable profiles.
- Creating candidate's interest and receiving CVs.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates
- Screening the CVs, Interviewing the candidates technically.
- Shortlisting the top CVs for the position.
- Negotiating the salary with the candidates, confirming notice period and joining.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business.
- Strong personality.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Strong Convincing skills.
- Goal oriented and an achiever.
- Can handle pressure.
- Can work with targets and strict deadlines.
