Job responsibilities include:
• Researching and selecting top quality clients to work with

• Client meetings and candidate interviews
• Creating job advertisements, CV profile templates and advertising material
• Contract negotiations, reference checking and invoicing
• Client and candidate relationship building/networking
Requirements
• Near native English communication skills
• Currently working in the finance/legal/HR industry in the UAE
• 5 years experience in the region and a relevant degree
• An outgoing, friendly and likable personality with a large network of local friends and colleagues
• The ability to leverage personal and business networks to develop strong client and candidate relationships
• Strong negotiation, networking and influencing skills
• Self motivated, focused and hardworking with the desire to excel
