Recruitment Consultant - Luxury Fashion & Beauty (6 months Temp Contract)

What you will be doing
Do you enjoy getting creative about finding awesome talent? Are you an agile, innovate and proactive recruiter looking for an opportunity to join the region's leading Luxury Retailer? At the Chalhoub Group, Talent Acquisition are experts in sourcing and consulting on the recruitment of top talent to join our group. We are currently looking for a Retail Recruitment Expert to join the team for a 6 month temporary contract.
If you are someone that would like to challenge yourself and build multiple skills through multitasking and working with different parties and functional experts, then this is the job for you!
What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience working in a similar field, covering high volume and senior roles; with strong knowledge of Luxury Retail in the region
• A minimum of 5 years relevant talent acquisition experience
• Amazing multitasking and time management skills
• To think innovation and to sometimes be a little crazy with your recruitment strategy
• Have a high level of emotional intelligence and positive intent
• Be people-oriented and a natural ability to engage
• Having a university degree in HR, Business or any related fields always helps!
