Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide a professional recruitment service, with a focus on supporting clinical staff such as nursing and or allied health and administration roles within your geographical region in a timely and efficient manner along with supporting the wider recruiters in the Middle East region during busy periods.
- Provide recruitment solutions for the high volume clinical and supporting areas, with a focus on quality and timely recruitment.
- Support your colleagues in sourcing profiles and sharing candidates to ensure all roles are filled within the required timelines as a team.
- Support the recruitment team by providing data on all positions within your geographical areas as and when require for reports, with a focus on updating recruitment trackers.
- Providing good quality candidates from various appropriate sources, attending interviews and ensuring you remain within the budgets for salaries offered.
- Attend regular meetings with your main key customers such as DON’s or Heads of Departments to provide updates on vacancies, either weekly or bi-monthly as required.
- Professional conduct, communication and presentation is essential at all times to promote the organisation and ensure candidates are given the best impression of the organisation to promote the Mediclinic brand and employer of choice.
- Good understanding of all licensing criteria, to ensure all profiles being sent can be given a medical license in specific healthcare authority.
- Attend all interviews for your vacancies to ensure process is conducted professionally and fairly.

Requirements

- Currently based in the UAE
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within the healthcare industry (ideally Nursing & Allied Health)
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- UAE National candidates are highly desirable
