We are looking for Recruitment Cum Professional Licensing Officer for one of our leading hospital client for UAE, Abu Dhabi location, below is the Job description, if interested please apply online.

• Handling the entire Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) process including Health Professional Licensing,

Credentialing and Examination

• Act as a company representative in HAAD conferences.
• Develop and maintain relations within the health authority (regular visits to their facility to follow up on new and pending applications).
• Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and HAAD requirements within the specified guideline.
• Renewal of licenses of current members of staff; submitting documents prior to expiry.
• Prepare and submit periodic dashboards with valid and “in-process of renewal” Licenses and updating the HR

Head and Departmental Managers.

• Dealing with candidate queries
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Part of JCI team, preparing the employee files according to the JCI accreditation policies.
• Handling the entire process of Facility licensing

Requirements

• Must be well versed with HAAD professional including PQR for all clinical positions and facility licensing process
• Onboarding - Immediately
• Min 2 years of experience
• Arabic preferably
• Holding a bachelor degree with good communication skills
