Job Description
The Intern – Talent Acquisition is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting initial interviews

• What your day will look like:
• Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions and collaborate as part of the team to achieve fulfillment goals
• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Create recruiting campaigns
• Evaluate and screen resumes, cover letters and applications
• Use assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Conduct initial interviews using MS Teams or in person
• Maintain a complete record of interviews
• Attend job fairs and careers events

Requirements

What you need to succeed:
• Must be on Father / Educational institution sponsorship.
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability, customer service, initiative, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement
