Recruitment Lead, Higher Education

Job description / Role

A great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a busy and vibrant environment. The role will include managing a small team who are responsible for hiring high quality candidates from both the GCC and Globally. The role will include the full 360degree recruitment, such as:

* Advertising new job roles and conducting searches,
* Screening and recommending candidates to hiring manager,
* Working with recruitment agencies,
* Working with hiring managers for interview timetabling and follow up, Referencing,
* Clearance and background checks as required,
* Identifying future talent, talent pooling

Requirements

To be shortlisted you must :

* Be bi-lingual in English/Arabic as much of the communications and govt documentation will be in Arabic.
* Have at least 6 years full recruitment cycle experience and ideally within the higher education sector
* Be educated to degree level or above
* Have a hands on approach, as you will be required to recruit, as well as manage the team
