Mediclinic Middle East is looking to hire a full time Recruitment Administrator/Assistant to be part of the Licensing & On-boarding team in the Recruitment Department, Dubai Corporate Office.

The Recruitment Administrator will be key member of the team providing general administrative and licensing support services, to help in achieving the goals and objectives of the recruitment department, while understanding the importance of a professional on-boarding service to all new joiners and regular communication to all internal customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assistance in processing medical professional licensing, employment visas, candidate on-boarding, record keeping, and all logistic support required for the new hires.

Responsible for the role include:
• Provide timely solutions and managing all the new hire administration position candidates for their smooth on-boarding.
• Ensures that all personnel and medical professional licensing documents are sourced in a timely manner, and provide record keeping support to the licensing team in processing license applications quickly and efficiently.
• Support the recruitment team with documentation, general administrative tasks and all ad-hoc administration work required for licensing, visas, on-boarding and record keeping of the new hires.
• Assist in data preparation, spreadsheet updates and creation to ensure accurate information is made available and can be tracked at all times.
• Provide administrative on-boarding solutions for all new joiners including flight and accommodation bookings, schedules for visiting candidates and arrange all logistic support required in collaboration with the Recruitment Administration Officer.
• Management & control of Stationaries for the Recruitment Team.
• Professional conduct, communication and presentation is essential at all times to actively promote the organisation as an employer of choice and ensure candidates are given the best impression of the organisation.
• To perform any additional administrative duties expected by the Recruitment Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma qualifications in Human Resources or relevant business field.
• Good knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology, this is preferred and essential.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a recruitment or HR administrator – either in-house or agency deals with Healthcare Recruitment.
• Ability to communicate well and interact with people at all levels, and from different cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the UAE healthcare licensing processes.
• An understanding of UAE Labour Law would be an added advantage.
• Should be equally comfortable working independently or closely within a team.
• High level skills in Microsoft Office and good working knowledge in Excel and Visio are required.
• Excellent tracking skills in Medical Professional licensing & on-boarding processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills is required.
