Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional with a strong background working within Digital/Media/Creative space to join their growing team.
This role will be a combination of Recruitment and HR, therefore the ideal candidate should have experience in HR or a keen interest to develop in HR in the future.

Description
* Lead the Recruitment function, focusing on all Digital/Creative and Media roles
* Manage the Recruitment process from A-Z (Sourcing to on boarding)
* Build a strong talent pipeline for the business ensuring the recruitment process is Proactive and not Reactive.
* Develop a strong network within the market, ensuring to attract the top talent
* Support the regional HR manager with all HR topics

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years experience working within a Recruitment function (In house or Agency)
* Experience recruiting within the Digital/Media/Creative space is essential
* Desire to develop into an HR role within the future
* Strong network across the UAE
* Arabic fluency is advantageous but not essential
