Employment: Full Time

As the Recruitment Manager for a leading Automobiles Company in Abu Dhabi, you will be a key player in sourcing and acquiring top talent to contribute to the company's success. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of recruitment experience, especially in high-paced environments, and possess the skills to navigate the dynamic challenges of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Recruitment Planning:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

High-Volume Recruitment:
• Oversee high-volume recruitment activities, ensuring the timely and quality hiring of candidates.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.

Talent Acquisition:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring a precise match with job requirements.

Employer Branding:
• Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand.
• Develop compelling job postings and maintain an attractive online presence.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with hiring managers and department heads.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

Candidate Experience:
• Prioritize an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve and optimize recruitment practices.

Fast-Paced Environment Management:
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent hiring needs.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
• Provide guidance, support, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on high-paced environments.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
