Recruitment Manager - Dubai, UAE - Large Educational Establishment

Our client is a leading international organization specializing within the Educational sector, providing first class educational establishments for both primary, secondary and further education. They are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join their Dubai based team. Based in the Dubai head office, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, covering all corporate office recruitment requirements.Positions recruited for, will include: Operations, HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement etc. (non teaching).

In addition, candidates should have knowledge and experience of creating job descriptions, have an understanding of compensation and benefits and be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders, providing detailed statistical reports related to the job requirements. Requirements

- 10-15 years experience
- Must have worked in Recruitment Managerial role previously
- Must have an industry related qualifications
- Ideally will have worked for a large multinational company
- Middle East experience, ideally based in the UAE
- Be able to communicate with executive management level
- Strong IT/Organizational/ Report writing skills
