We have an opening for a Full or Part Time Recruitment Manager based in Dubai covering the MENA region market.
Our approach is one of partnership, which we achieve through empathy and understanding of our clients' and their businesses.
As a business, we currently place middle to executive level candidates into major organisations, support many small rapidly growing companies and work with government sector giants.
Our consultants have 12 + years regional recruitment experience and operate from Dubai, but our reach is global - we have successfully placed across the MENA and Europe regions.
An important aspect of working with Aquila Consulting is that although you could earn much more than most recruitment consultant’s jobs by working for yourself and using our resources, this role is solely commission based (no salary).
Your destiny is in your own hands - the harder you work, the more you will earn but essentially your monthly income is up to you .
Our consultants average fees are 90,000 AED and on our commission structure beginning at 70%, you will certainly earn more than you did in an office based recruitment environment.
This role is for those who can manage themselves and do not need constant direction. If you are not a self starter and lack discipline, you will not be happy joining our team.
We are ideally looking for someone senior enough to be able to manage Aquila’s current client base and develop this further with a view to running the business alongside the GM.
