Job description / Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Researcher who has a strong desire to excel and be in control of their own earning capacity!

You will work with a close knit and fast moving team in identifying candidates to match our requirements across a variety of sectors and disciplines. You will be expected to:
• Network and advertise to potential candidates
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function when required

Requirements

• A good listener with demonstrable questioning skills
Furthermore, you will have experience of using a variety of search platforms and job boards and ideally (but not essential) experience of recruitment within an agency setting.
