Job description / Role
Our client, a large medical hospital based in Dubai is urgently looking for a well experienced Recruitment Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:
• Sourcing various medical and support staff professionals.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment.
• Work closely with assigned department managers to deliver recruitment needs.
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
• Execute thorough pre-screening.
• Arrange all logistical requirements for the onsite visit of shortlisted candidates to the facility
• Assist licensing team in the collection of required documents to hired /shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with departments for interviews.
• Submit candidates offers and follow up until joining.
• Create detailed weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Update and deliver weekly metrics for assigned hires.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• At least 3 years in recruitment with large medical hospital in the UAE
• Knowledgeable in hiring medical professionals
• Experienced in sourcing candidates through different channels
• Have a background in UAE labour law
• Strong knowledge in mobilizing candidates based outside UAE
• Able to do develop strong business partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Resourceful and committed in delivering recruitment targets
