Job description / Role
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively supporting future hiring needs.
- Attracting candidates using various sources like job free paid sites and accredited job portals.
- Ensuring the company attracts hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Design and implement overall recruitment strategies
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Post hiring needs continuously to maintain strong talent pipeline
- Source and recruitment candidates by using databases, etc.
- Screen candidates CVs and job applications
- Conduct online interviews using various reliable selection tools to filter candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experiences
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any equivalent course/s
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR Databases
- Self-motivated, flexible and possess positive attitude with high degree of integrity & transparency.
- Very keen to details and has good accuracy for the tasks handled.
- Multi-tasking and work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

- Strong analytical, organizational skills and with excellent communication skills.
