Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ability to create an effective recruitment strategy to address the company manpower requirements.
- Should posses excellent multi-tasking skills to be able to manage and close multiple job openings in a defined time.
- Ability to do market research and create data analysis to convince management with presentation to change requirements and/or budget based on recruitment research data.
- Must be well connected in various social media platforms for versatile head-hunting strategies.
- Hardworking and goal/target achieving mindset.
- Define SOPs for Recruitment and follow timelines with discipline.
- Maintain the recruitment Flowchart and guidelines to fulfill the required openings by qualified talented calibers on time within recruitment budget.
- Develop & recommend talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in order to enable recruitment of talented resources, keeping in mind diversity & company culture.
- Supervise all onboarding procedures including Job offering, resident Visas processing, liaising with travel desk, new staff Orientation on a local level and liaising with other regional offices to ensure Onboarding procedures and required documents are actioned.
- Keep up to date records on employee’s remunerations within the company against similar positions in the market for Research Data Analysis (RDA).
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process, not limited to sourcing & screening candidates, calls, scheduling interviews, initial interviews etc. and liaising with various department heads & country Managers to ensure closing of requirements and attaining optimum satisfaction.
- Build strong partnership with recruitment agencies across MENA to drive the staffing agenda to ensure the identification and hiring of the best candidates for the organization.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- 5 years’ experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
- Excellent listening, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with HRIS, preferable Oracle.
- Advance Microsoft office skills in particular Excel, Power-point & Visio.
- Open to work long hours, and under strenuous timelines.
- Good Knowledge of GCC Labor Laws.
- People oriented and looking to work within a Team.
- Self-starter with leadership skills.
- Dependability - being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligation.
- Initiative - willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
