Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large Multinational FMCG company involved in distribution of food products.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you would be responsible for screening, interviewing and placing candidates, as well as keeping up to date on company’s manpower needs. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process in the organization, analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment with an FMCG or multi-national company and must be fluent in English and Turkish.
