Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests, provide exemplary customer service, and interact and socialize with all guests to promote the brand.
- Enhance every guest's experience, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment and share knowledge and information with team members, ensuring everyone is well-informed.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere, and familiarize yourself with various attractions and perform them, explaining how to enjoy each one to guests.
- Maintain a high level of energy while engaging in physically demanding activities.
- Resolve and log complaints from guests and team members in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

About the Client:
A Sports & Entertainment facility , based in Abu Dhabi

Qualifications:
- 38 years old and below
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, showcasing the ability to provide exemplary service to guests.
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of football, especially the English Premier League, coupled with a genuine passion for the sport.
