Job description / Role
Our client is one of the world's most coveted premium vehicle brands, recognised for style, presence and quality befitting its iconic reputation. Enjoying significant growth in market share recently, they are presently seeking to appoint an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to join the management team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, your overall objective will be to ensure that regional operations are run efficiently in order for the company to achieve overall Customer Satisfaction and revenue objectives, whilst maintaining high quality services and convey the company's image and brand differentiation .
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Customer Service Managers in achieved pre-defined KPIs
- On-going improvements in Customer Satisfaction and Experience
- All aspects of Technical Support
- Network evaluation and development
- Training and Coaching in market teams
- Oversee Warranty Operations
- Budget control and management
- Improving business efficiency
