Regional CFO

Job description / Role

Salary 45-50k AED + benefits

A locally owned FMCG organisation requires a Regional CFO to oversee the Finance, and accounts functions, focusing on the group’s profitability and sales objectives.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful incumbent will be a strategic business partner capable of influencing and leading across all functions.

Responsibilities:
• The CFO will bring a high level of accountability and initiative for driving the necessary direction and change management required across the organisation
• The CFO will have direct responsibility for Finance, IT Facilities, People & Learning and Assurance & Reporting
• Primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities
• Play a key role ensuring there is consistent strategic competence across the region

Requirements

• CA qualified accountant
• A confident and considered decision maker who will have the leadership judgment and breadth to empower and realise the full potential of the team and organisation
• Will have recent and broad experience of operating at a senior management level within an organisation of comparable scale, diversity or complexity
