Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai is looking for Regional CFO - Arabic Speaker only.
Responsibilities:
* The Regional CFO - Arabic Speaker is in charge of the supervision and management of the financial affairs of the Middle East Pole
* In charge of all accounting issues
* In charge of all financial, accounting, administrative & operational aspects in Dubai regional office
Operations:
* Manage all administrative issues in Dubai office: HR affairs, assist the Managing Director in the daily operations in particular those related to the salesmen missions control, expenses control, legal matters, suppliers contracts compliance, services and equipment purchasing
* Guarantee the production & reliability of the local and group accounts in accordance with local and internal group rules, on a timely basis
* The Regional CFO - Arabic Speaker will implement internal control rules; ensure compliance to such rules and alert local management as well as corporate on any behaviour appearing to be inconsistent or non-compliant with local & group rules
* Organise and manage finance affairs (Treasury, Foreign Exchange Exposure, Tax, Credit Management..)
* Implement risk reporting
* Coordinate external auditor missions
* Fulfil the required reporting according to the Group rules & schedules
* Elaborate the entities budgets and provide analysis and management reports.
Projects:
* The Regional CFO - Arabic Speaker will optimise the financial structure & organisation in the Middle East in particular in UAE, KSA & Egypt
* Advise BUs on financial and tax matters
Requirements
* Master Degree in business school + 8-10 years experience
* Arabic speaker and fluent in English. French is a plus
* Experience in the Middle East is highly appreciated
* Autonomy Rigour, organizational skills, analysis & synthesis
* Good working knowledge of SAP
* Good interpersonal relationships & management abilities
