Regional Fleet Manager

Job description / Role

Are you an experienced Fleet Manager looking for a new opportunity in the UAE? This company is seeking a highly skilled professional to take charge of their fleet management and logistics operations. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of the fleet, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs, and implementing cost-effective strategies to improve overall performance.

- Oversee the management and logistics of our fleet vehicles in the UAE.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and minimize costs.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules to ensure vehicle reliability.

Requirements

- Manage driver assignments, routes, and schedules for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
