Job description / Role
This is a very unusual but highly rewarding role.
We are looking for a Regional Director for Development, Sales and Marketing to strengthen its team out of it’s Dubai HQ.
The Ideal candidate will possess a variety of business enhancing skills and been exposed to a variety of industries.
You will be overseeing the sales, marketing and business development of 4 different divisions.
Attributes
- You need to have a modern attitude and understanding of business
- You should have at least 10 years experience in sales marketing and business development.
- You should have worked with Design, Architecture, Construction and Retail businesses and been exposed to project management.
- You will be reporting into the CEO and CFO, with 4 x General Managers reporting directly in to you.
Salary package between 35 - 50,000 AED per month depending upon experience.

- We are ideally looking for a British or a Lebanese candidate with experience in the London and Dubai Market.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior position within project management, sales, and marketing.
- This person will be responsible for generating brand scope awareness
- Have around 10 years experience within businesses with a variety of sectors.
- Have been exposed to Retail Project management
- Exposure to the London and the Dubai market
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and assess against targets and ROI
- The candidate will of previously managed a team of people
- A successful understanding of overseeing fiscal matters and reporting to the CFO
- Have a strong understanding and passion for Business Development.
- They will have the working knowledge of project management across a diverse range of sectors.
- You maintain a systematic approach to sales by methods of new business, existing accounts management.
- You must have proof of achieving sales targets in the past.
- Manage client relations
- Monitor market trends, understand competitor activity.
- Identify market opportunities and key issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
