The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for efficient project management throughout the entire lifecycle of creative projects at Souq Fashion. The main focus will be defining project scope, planning and managing resources, timeline and milestones, monitoring project status, facilitating reviews and communications, and assuring project closing requirements. Additional responsibilities will be project budget tracking with the production team and conducting hindsight reviews with the intent on improving processes going forward. This role will need to develop new and custom tailor creative processes in alignment with the Creative Team and cross functional teams.

· Defining Marketing Strategy for Souq Fashion in order to grow category's buyer base and traffic
· Aligning with regional team on planning and budgets for category channels (CRM, Merchandising, Paid, Social, Brand, PR) and country marketing teams (UAE, KSA, EGY)
· Ensure Product View & new buyer allocation to applicable categories.
· Supervising impact of any/all category applicable marketing campaigns
· Coordinating with Regional & Country Category Merchandiser utilisation of allocated Souq.com assets to achieve outlined Conversions & CPT.
· Preparation and online channel execution of any/all Co-marketing effort.
· Alignment with creative on fashion branding (digital campaigns, site merchandising, editorial, offline etc)
· Ownership of activation campaigns, round tables, influencer relationships, university outreach.
· Main KPI's are acquisition of new buyers (new to souq and new to category) through all marketing activities as well as overall impression and product views for the Softlines' categories.
· This role requires travel to the countries in which Souq operates, to set up the teams and develop the category plans.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fashion Marketer Expert.
· Ability to champion the growth of the category (Buyers and Traffic) and envision the long-term strategy.
· Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
· Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Analyses through problems to come up with solutions.
· Innovative & Pro-active.
· Leadership and strong management attributes.
· Strong sense of urgency and deadline oriented.
· Creativity and ability to think Out of the Box to solve complex problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Highly qualified candidates who are strategic thinkers.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position.
· Experience of managing cross functional and multicultural teams.
· Entrepreneurial, intelligent, and self-motivated.
· Deep understanding of and passion for E-Commerce.
· Previous responsibility of strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets.
· Prior experience influencing C-level executives whilst managing a diverse team.
· Knowledge of Analytics
