PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Ensure OKQU Regional projects pro-actively establish and maintain Risk Management activities on projects as necessary.
- Maintain, and monitor project risk-related processes and activities, acting upon any variances or issues relating to compliance and advising how to appropriately rectify any potential deficiencies.
- Delivery of a range of Risk Management services to project teams pre- and post-award, facilitating the identification and analysis of risks on projects at all stages as required, interpreting risk outputs, and communicating to relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
- Supporting Risk Management professionals within the OKQU region in their learning, ongoing activities, and career development.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Extensive enterprise risk management experience within EPC/EPCM multidisciplinary either Oil & Gas, Energy or Minerals & Mining environment
- Experience in analytical quantitative risk methods:
- Montecarlo simulations / 3-point analysis
- Pertmaster, PRA
- Previous project Risk Management experience in a risk-based position or equivalent experience in risk function - planning or cost
- Specialist knowledge in Risk Management software (i.e., MCS software ) and experience with quantitative cost & schedule risk analysis .
- Demonstrable involvement/history in running workshops, meeting in a lead capacity, train risk principals to regional business.
- Display ownership to implement and drive risk-based procedures across the region.
- Previous experience in the Middle East will be beneficial.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- To be fully conversant with the application and use of the Worley Risk Management suite of tools and chosen software applications.
- Partake in the role of project risk leadership council attend meetings and provide oversight to the business.
- Monitor the application of Risk Management processes across the regional Risk Management team to ensure departmental compliance.
- To prepare, update and maintain project Risk Management activities, throughout the project lifecycle and across the Risk Management process :
- To ensure the timely issue of accurate, updated Risk Management Plans and associated documents at the agreed intervals.
- To guide Project personnel in defining Risk Management objectives based on project objectives and support the application of the risk process.
- To utilize several risk identification techniques to facilitate risk identification sessions.
- To develop and implement risk assessment criteria as part of a project risk register.
- To assist Risk Owners with the selection of appropriate risk response strategies and the development of action plans to address identified risks.
- To assist project or functional personnel in the familiarization and consistent application of Risk Management software tools and associated processes.
- To facilitate Risk workshops and develop project Risk Registers which act as repositories for all risk-related information.
- To conduct Cost / Schedule Risk Analysis Workshop sessions, facilitating workshops building bespoke models and interpreting associated outputs for communication/review.
- To educate, support and encourage managers and business units in the use of Decision Analysis on projects where applicable.
- Initiate and scope out regional RM business development opportunities and manage execution with input from regional and global risk teams.
- To promote good working relations within the internal and external teams.
- MP WPR attendance and input where required.
- Provide guidance, support and Leadership to junior RM team members including feedback / PDR input/identification of development opportunities etc.
- Present and provide training on a range of Risk management topics to internal/external audiences.

Allied occasional duties:
- Ongoing engagement and provision of support to a wider network of practicing Risk Management professionals.
- Present and provide training on a range or Risk management topics to internal/external audiences.
- Engage with wider business management function in corporate initiatives / support Global Project.

Requirements

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
- Associate degree or BA or BSc degree (min. 2:1) in Risk Management, alternative subjects considered can include: Project Management, Engineering, other analytical disciplines.
- Recognized Risk Management certification (e.g., IRM, ERM or RIMS International Certificate in Risk Management or equivalent in experience 10 years).
