Regional Sales Manager

Quest is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for a Regional Sales Manager to join team in Dubai. The successful applicant will ideally come for a premium, principal background with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Our client is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial flair to sales and marketing, with excellent management capabilities.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be involved in:

• Managing dealerships and establish dealer KPIs and targets
• Work with both internal and external resources to define and implement sales targets (GCC)
• Regular monitoring of sales performances, business models, stocks, and production allocation
• Regular reports, market visits and business meetings to define sales strategies
• Assist the marketing department in running sales campaigns, product launches and market activities

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' in a leading Automotive organization (manufacturer/distributor).
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong dealership management capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong marketing analysis capabilities
• GCC market knowledge is a MUST
• Strong background in managing large multicultural teams
