Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational healthcare furniture manufacturer based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join their established team.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for developing the sales team, business opportunities and sales strategies for the growth of the organisation across the Middle East. You will manage a team of 3 and lead staff training, coaching and channel needs in the target markets to deliver incremental sales and profit. Understanding the healthcare market locally, you will identify opportunities in both regional and local sectors. Our client’s products are healthcare furniture related apart from beds. This role does focus on a network of connections with Procurement and Facilities managers of hospitals, private clinics and healthcare owners as well as the regional A&D community.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 4 years UAE Healthcare sales experience and you should also be able to demonstrate collaborating and managing a team to success. Ideally, you should be Arabic speaking and have the ability to interact at all levels with clinicians, purchasers, planners and national decision makers of healthcare facilities.
