Do you have a proven track record of winning new business and effectively managing / developing current customers across the Levant Region? We are working with a global leader within the flavours industry who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. You will manage the entire Levant Region for all Food and Beverage ingredients. We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and passionate who also has the ability and desire to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers to truly offer them effective solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and appreciate key trends in the market to allow you to be truly consultative to your customers
• Develop new business across the Levant Region within the Food and Beverages Industry
• Proactively meet with existing and potential customers to maximise the potential
• Create and develop effective solutions for your customers to demonstrate your desire to support and add value to them
• Support the Head Office with ideas regarding new products and applications, referring to the customer needs, by liaising directly with the Marketing and R&D teams in Europe
• Create and implement an effective and focused sales strategy for key accounts
• Promote and sell flavors to customers throughout the Levant Region.
Requirements
KEY INGREDIENTS
• Minimum of 5 years’ Levant experience within the Flavours or Food ingredients sector
• Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills
• Self-Starter who has the drive and ambition to hunt and win business
• Proven track record of delivering success and revenue growth
• Fluent in English. Arabic would be an advantage
• Open to 30/40% business travel
