NTS Group is working alongside a global medical company to recruit a Regional Senior Business Manager CEMA.

This position is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, strategy development and leadership for all regional sales activities of these two businesses. The jobholder reports solid line into the Regional Business VP CEMA and dotted line into the BU Leaders EMEA and is part of the CEMA Leadership team.

• Develop & implement business strategies and plans to grow the Pain and PH business within CEMA to deliver yearly defined objectives in each country relative to AOP, market penetration and market share.
• Establish and roll-out the vision, strategy and annual goals/objectives for the two businesses across CEMA, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategies and plans at EMEA level.
• Responsible for the Pain and PH P&L for CEMA, achieving Revenue and EBIT AOP through a deep understanding of critical financial management practices.
• Define, implement and drive business strategy to execution in accordance with regional strategy to ensure sales and marketing objectives are met.
• Drive market development, revenue and market share growth across the 3 businesses of PAIN.
• Ensure access of company technologies & solutions to patients through an outstanding service to customers.
• Initiate new business growth opportunities based on unmet customer requirements while providing focus to move ideas into execution.
• Analyze market size, competitive market landscape and other information from all sources with a clear focus on how we can improve sales and secure/increase market share.
• Work with HQ business unit and be the CEMA point of contact for Pain and PH while providing credibility and accuracy related to forecast, inventory control, phase in/out plans, customer & regional needs etc.
• Ensure alignment in other functional areas such as medical affairs, training and education, reimbursement, legal and demonstrating “leadership by example”.
• Drive talent acquisition & development through the organisation. Identify and grow human talent while building a strong, performance driven team to enhance the company’s reputation in the market. Through this team facilitate the culture of execution required to return the business to growth.
• Business, Sales and Marketing Managers for Pain and PH in CEMA are solid-line reports, while close collaboration with other regional RTG business managers is required to drive alignment and performance.
• Develop and maintain contact with KOL’s and other relevant stakeholders for the Pain and PH business, build partnerships with physician/healthcare organizations to better understand the market and being able respond to market needs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• BA/BSc degree coupled with postgraduate degree preferable.
• Minimum 5 years ‘experience in medical device sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibilities with a strong track record of success.
• Cross-countries sales or marketing leadership experience in a medical device international company preferred.
• Medical device industry experience. Experience in highly competitive market preferred.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales & marketing management as well as other functions.
• Strong proven leadership. Track record which clearly indicates effective management and motivation of other groups, preferably in a multi-cultural, pan-European environment.
• Results driven and focused, with a strong ability to get plans executed
• Proven track record to work independently, while achieving ambitious personal and organisational objectives.
