Job description / Role
Reporting to the Senior Area Sales Manager, the Regional Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across the region. The Retail Senior Visual Merchandiser is also responsible for coaching the Local and store based VM’s, as well as ensuring consistency of standards.

Main Responsibilities :
- Manages the brand visual merchandising standards across the region.
- Works cross functionally with internal and external partners to ensure creative and commercial visual merchandising strategies are implemented to the highest standards.
- Receives brand seasonal VM guidelines from distribution and reviews to ensure commercial, cultural, lineup and portfolio needs are met.
- Manages seasonal VM window and in store animations ensuring adherence to budget, ordering from brands global production or sign off of suppliers and manufacture if local production.
- Attends brand training delivered by distribution and supports mentoring to the local VM teams.
- Supports internal events ensuring brand sign off and adherence to budgets.
- Collates reports from Local VM including photographs commutating the implementation of new seasons collection, store opening, events etc. validates and reports back to brand manager
- Conducts regular store and market visits to coach the VM teams and check adherence to brand standards.
- Facilitates the timely installations of all seasonal campaigns in line with the brand global marketing and event calendar.
- Attends and supports new market and store opening.
- Champions strong partnerships with all internal and brand teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 6 years experiences in VM
- Background in Fashion / Beauty / Luxury
- Expert in PhotoShop, 3D and AutoCAD
