We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Supply Chain Director in a Retail Multinational Company based in UAE.
Job Description
* Responsibilities cover planning, procurement, logistics (inbound/outbound, warehousing) and regulatory compliance.
* Management of a team of 15- 20 people (3 direct reports)
* Warehousing subcontracted and integrated within the group
* Animate and develop planning/ compliance/ logistics teams
* Streamline organization, infrastructure, systems and processes
* Ensure the right level of service : stock levels, lead-times, in stock rates
* Optimize SC/logistics costs in partnership with subcontractor
* Implement regular dashboards
Requirements
Job Requirements
* Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (complex environment)
* Experience in Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical
* Experience in working on Projects
* Strong operational skills in planning, compliance and logistics
* Possess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team
