Job description / Role
- Monitor and investigate all sales and purchase orders to make sure they are fulfilled according to the corporate supply chain standards
- Responsible for midterm supply planning to ensure and maintain accuracy and consistency in the procedures
- Resolve any material management issue causing deviation from inventory and service level targets
- Identify real or potential material supply chain issues as well as initiating corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain safety stock and inventory balances appropriate to meet demand requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or any similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, preferably production planning
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience using SAP is a plus
- Efficient user of Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand and summarize revenue impacts based on plan changes
- Good understanding of the linkage between service level, inventory control, planning and procurement
