Job description / Role
NTS Group are exclusively working with a leading global multinational to recruit a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for MEA.
This new position will be responsible for building a strategic and best practice Talent Acquisition function which will handle all Recruitment efforts across all regions (Middle East, Asia and Africa) and which will be having the following key responsibilities
• Build the Talent Acquisition function for the company and all of its strategies, systems, and standardized processes.
• Develop a suitable Talent Sourcing Strategy for the company based on the forecasted Manpower Plan.
• Diversify and manage Talent Sourcing Channels to source for qualified candidates including recruiting agencies, job boards, job fairs, career portal, etc.
• Utilize the company’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening and assessment interviews to applicants, when required, and filter out unmatched applications.
• Share shortlisted applications with the respective department and arrange interviews for selected applications.
• Guide and train various departments on the best practices of interviews and assessments.
• Manage Job Offering and On-Boarding processes.
• Ensure maintenance of updated Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Develop Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR.
AED 45000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 10 years of relevant Recruitment experience with a regional scope covering a number of countries.
• Strong background and understanding of HR and Recruitment practices and principles.
• Candidates who are currently not at a Manager-level position will also be considered as long as they have hands-on experience in building a Talent Acquisition function.
