Job description / Role
A training and development role to handle training preparation programs within the region as well as planning and executing the process efficiently from start to end.

Our client is one of the most prestigious fashion luxury brands in the world, part of a large luxury group.
Description
* Planning & conducting all induction training programs across Middle East & India stores for all new joining store management teams & client advisor.
* Executing all Customer Journey training's, and adapting corporate strategies to the needs of local markets and different nationalities.
* Coordinating and liaising with Retail, Merchandising & HR departments to ensure regular seasonal training's are planned & delivered across the region.
* Evaluating all Mystery Shopping results and working with store teams devising strategies to maintain/ develop high-end luxury customer service.
* Working with the training department at corporate level on developing new training modules through regular visits to the headquarters.
* Planning & successfully launching semi-annual three day regional store management meetings & workshops.

Requirements
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Willing and able to travel
