Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working in partnership with a luxury Italian Fashion brand which is respected for its bespoke tailoring and sophisticated designs in RTW and Accessories. Our client is looking to hire a Regional Trainer to inspire and educate the store teams throughout the region.
This dynamic role focuses on In-store and Online training initiatives based on the requirements from the HQ, Regional teams and leaders. The goal is to enhance the customer experience, increase retail sales and operational performance in stores.
The Regional Trainer will be responsible for performing onboarding sessions and overseeing new starters onboarding journey. The role will collaborate with Heads of departments to amylase, identify training needs and creative training strategies. The Regional Trainer will work in collaboration with the HQ team to deliver online and offline training modules and perform engaging sessions both in person and virtually. Due to the nature of this role, 70% of the time will be spent in the field and traveling throughout the region.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a trainer with a background in luxury retail, retail operations or store management. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to different retail environments. Fluency in English in Arabic is essential for this role, Italian would be an added advantage.
