Job description / Role
Reporting to the Regional Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the registration and licensing of products with the regulatory agencies in compliance with the applicable legislation in the region. You will also identify regulatory trends and keep the business updated.

Description
Meet the requirements of regulatory agencies through registrations and licenses :
* Specify import storage, labeling, licensing, marketing and packaging requirements and ensure that all our products meet these requirements
* Manage activities such as audits, inspections or product recalls
* Coordinate recall of products or market withdrawal activities as necessary
* Support with internal or external audits
* Analyze and assess regulatory trends and share knowledge and expertise with the teams
* Communicate and recommend amendments to Company corporate policies and procedures

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the following criteria:
* A relevant bachelors degree (Law/Pharma/Biomedical/Administration or similar)
* 3 - 5 years experience as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist/Coordinator/Officer
* Fashion/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Food & Beverage industry experience
* Experience working with regulatory agencies in the Middle East
* Arabic fluency essential
