Relationship Manager

Job description / Role

- Implementing strategies for hunting and acquiring new to bank clients.
- Proven record for credit card sales in UAE market.
- Working closely with marketing and other channels for lead generation, relentlessly following up and closing out leads.
- Capable of managing relationship with HNWI customer in the UAE market.
- Taking care of all the regulatory requirements and working within the compliance framework of the organization.
- Identify opportunities to cross sell other products and develop investment product knowledge to strengthen the sales efforts.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Following customer centric approach in the compliance limits defined for the organization.
- Persistent approach to be followed.
- High on initiative taking.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven record for credit card sales in UAE market.
- Graduate with good communication skills
- Strong selling & financial markets knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Relationship Management Networking skills
- Extrovert/Amiable personality
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar job with another bank / financial - services in the UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
