Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading global relocations company, who is looking to hire a Client Service Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts and the lead their mobility team.
This is a newly created role and will involve full management of corporate accounts to ensure clients’ needs are met, adhering to KPI’s and all SLA’s, management of a team of mobility advisors to include management of staff sick leave ensuring adequate service coverage etc.
The successful candidate should be in a similar role and have been based in the UAE the past 2-5 years holding critical knowledge of the UAE market. You should also hold experience leading and developing teams. This is a full-time position and great opportunity for someone interested in taking the next step in their career.
