Job description / Role
As a Relocation Consultant you will be an expert in the local UAE market and the Middle East broader region. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relocation service for corporate assignees. The role will require you to develop a relationship with companies existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast-paced environment.
You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts, and be accountable for managing shipping and destination services for individual relocations - presenting quotations, booking third party vendors, confirming schedules and retaining contact.
Initiate, manage and coordinate all services to be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Immigration
• Household Goods
• Destination Services
• Tenancy Management
• Departure programs Assume responsibility and accountability for ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Close follow up until full case completion and supporting the companies global teams to ensure productive teamwork.
• Ensure all files are setup in accordance to companies policy and that all files are updated accurately and promptly.
• Aim at all times for high touch service delivery, working enthusiastically to ensure satisfied clients and upholding the companies core values
Requirements
A Relocation Consultant is an enthusiastic team player; is confident of his/her knowledge and experienced in delivering positive international relocation experiences.
To be successful in the role you'll have the following skills and experience:
• Outstanding communication skills and demonstrable customer service experience, in any industry.
• Good verbal and written language skills.
• A brilliant understanding of geography and cultures.
• Outstanding organisational skills, meticulous and organised in your work experience.
• Ability to work proactively and independently managing multiple projects.
• A keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
• A positive, team focused, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• The ability to manage and resolve conflicts or high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are beneficial.
• High level working proficiency in Microsoft office software.
