Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the VP AMEA Technical Services, you are responsible for the coordination of all back office activities related to the missions of the Professional Services team within the region, whose job is to implement the Services (audit, implementation of our solutions, project management) as sold by sales teams

As a cornerstone of Professional Services, you will be in constant contact with customers, partners, sales teams, consultants as well as internal departments such as Finance.

You will have a direct administrative role in the generation of the company's income but also an operational role in the coordination of the teams of consultants whose schedules you manage. Your main tasks will include:

Planning:
• Management of the consultants' intervention schedule (around 10 people) according to projects, clients and countries.

Forecasting:
• Projection of the revenues generated by the EMEA regions and weekly review with the regional directors and the VP Services.
• Projection of subcontracting costs generated by the EMEA region (including the management of subcontracting contracts, ie preparation of subcontracting orders, control and validation);

Reporting:
• Preparation of invoicing in close collaboration with the financial department
• Preparation, obtaining and checking of end-of-mission validation forms, essential for invoicing, billing control)
• Quarterly analysis of the productivity of the consultant team (implementation, calculation and analysis of KPIs).

Requirements

• You already have some experience relating to the coordination of Services and have worked in a similar environment fast moving technology environment, although we would also consider recent graduates who exhibit strong skills as this is an Intern position.
• Fluency in English is essential – other languages an advantage.
• You are used to managing schedules
• You are rigorous, disciplined, highly organized with exceptional time management skills: these qualities are essential to manage simultaneously several projects that directly impact the company's income.
• You are tenacious, versatile, flexible and are recognized for your team spirit.
• You will have excellent communication skills, and are able to converse within a multi-cultural region and with customers who are based across the broader Asia, Middle East and Africa region.
• You have a head for finance and accounting, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Degree in business administration, finance, IT or engineering discipline.
