About the Client:
An independent physical trading group working with the global market; based in Dubai with an innovative approach to the market.
Job Description:
• Develop market analysis desk for the organization with a view to delivering a unique business model in a clear financial pathway to deliver superior margins.
• Support Traders using market insights to structure trades appropriately and manage risk to deliver profitability.
• Work closely with CFO to operationalize the risk measured on financial results to build this into the business performance metrics.
• Produce reports, presentations, and output material from studies for business development purposes - pricing, economic shifts, industry news, relevant movement in the market.
• Develop key relationships with members of the team including suppliers and customers in order to promote a highly effective working environment in operation.
Requirements:
Position Title: Research Analyst - Commodities
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 20K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE / remote
Qualifications:
• 40 y/o and below
• Minimum 5 years of total market analysis/ research experience on physical trading in the international market
• Must have track record of financial and economic modelling research on products mentioned for trading
