Researcher cum Receptionist

As a researcher, you will be a part of the team responsible for finding specific online articles and consolidating them according to the required report format. This requires strategic keyword search and optimization of search engines (ex. Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.). The right candidate must have excellent computer and internet surfing skills. Knowledge of MS Office is a must.

The most significant aspects of a researcher's job are comprehensiveness and accuracy of the report. Hence, you must have a keen eye for detail and value high quality output.

Part of the job is taking on the role of a receptionist. You will be responsible for managing the reception including welcoming guests and answering walk-in inquiries. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and ensuring that they are directed to the right person or department.

Requirements

• Preferably, you must be based in Dubai.
• You must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.
• You possess excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• You can communicate with people from all walks of life.
• You have a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• You have great phone etiquette.
• You are a quick learner and a keen observer.
• You can handle difficult situations and can work with minimum supervision.
• You are eager to learn and constantly looking for ways to improve your skills.
