- Assist clients in applying for visas and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry news.
- Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and documentation.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and visa application processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
