Job description / Role
Residence Sales Executive up to 10.5K AED for a High-End Residences in Dubai
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• To perform general sales administrative functions and secretarial duties.
• To compile database and ensure proper filing for the Central Sales & Marketing department.
• To handle walk-ins for site inspections and prepare quotations.
• To assist Sales Managers in drafting sales contracts and leases
• Can join in a month’s notice
Work location: Downtown Dubai
Requirements
• Open to any nationalities
• M/F, 25 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (preferably Hospitality Management) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ Residences experience in selling luxury brands and experiential services
• Can verse in Arabic Language is an advantage
• Strong presentation and platform skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
Salary is up to 5,500 AED (base pay), 4,000 AED (housing), 1,000 AED (transportation) depending on experience and qualifications.
